Q. How do I pay for a Beer in a Bin?
A. Beer in a Bin does not accept payment on delivery. Payment must be organised at the time of ordering your kegs via credit card or EFTPOS. Other payment arrangements can be made by speaking to your sales consultant if enough lead-time exists to the time of your delivery.

Q. What is included in the keg hire price?
A. Hire includes a 50lt keg, ice, gas and the dispensing equipment housed in a purpose built wheelie bin, which is delivered and set-up ready to pour with a bonus 50 cups!

Q. How far in advance am I required to book my Beer in a Bin?
A. Orders must be placed at least 4 days in advance of delivery. Some kegs are kept in stock and available at short notice, so call us.

Q. How do I determine the number of kegs I need?
A. To help you work out how much beer you need consider: A 50lt keg equals 177 schooners. So for 25 beer drinkers that would be 7 schooners. Depending on the length and intensity of your party, you may need more than one keg.

Q. What happens if I cancel my order?
A. Kegs ordered, but cancelled with less that 7 days notice will not be refunded, but held in stock for one month for you to reschedule your event.
